In the Kink Between the Lines (KBtL) Discord server, find the #support channel. You will see a post at the start of that channel which gives five options to open a ticket. To open a CEC ticket, click on the button that shows an icon of a blue head. This will open a CEC ticket, which notifies the CEC team that you would like to talk to one of us.

Please note that there is also an “Incident” button. Please go to Incident Response Team & Accountability Process to find out more about using that option.

Once you have opened a CEC ticket in the #support channel, one of the on-duty members of the CEC team will contact you. That person will ask what kind of support you are looking for, and if needed, contact the appropriate person or department to assist you. You will be able to request the method of contact that best supports you (on Discord, via email, etc.). Note that all tickets are logged internally to make sure that all requests have been resolved, but this information is anonymous and is not shared outside of the CEC team.
